NOTICE OF SERVICE FEE UPDATE EFFECTIVE FEB. 1 2026 At Heritage Family Chiropractic, we are committed to providing intentional, individualized care that supports your nervous system, healing, and long-term wellness. To continue offering the highest quality care and dedicated time with each visit, our service fees will be updated as follows: Chiropractic Adjustment – $55; Extended Sessions – $105 (Extended Sessions may include, at the provider’s discretion, Chiropractic Adjustment, Graston therapy, Dynamic Body Balancing, Cold Laser, and/or TENS; New Patient Exam – $189 Graston Therapy: $60 up to 15min & $120 up to 30 min; Cold Laser Therapy – $20; TENS Therapy – $15

Please note, Heritage Family Chiropractic, LLC operates on a self-payment basis and kindly requests settlement at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit, and FSA/HSA as forms of payment. While we do not directly accept insurance, we are pleased to furnish patients with superbills for potential submission to their insurance providers. It’s important to bear in mind that reimbursement from insurance carriers is not guaranteed by Heritage Family Chiropractic, LLC.

Angela Nevoso

Dr. Angela Nevoso is excited to return to her hometown of Twin Lakes, WI to serve her community through chiropractic and holistic wellness. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at North Park University in Chicago, IL. Following her graduation, she planned to attend medical school to become an oncologist. In pursuit to further her future medical career she went and did a medical internship in India along with completing Colorectal Cancer Research in Taiwan. It was there she reflected on her true passions and values. Though she knew the medical field had its purpose she was drawn to the value of holistic wellness and natural healing. She had been raised in such a manner but never thought she could have a career serving in such a capacity. It was then over 7,400 miles away from Wisconsin, she wrote down all her values and goals with everything leading to chiropractic. In full confidence she knew it was the path she was being called to. Upon landing back in the states, she went and began her journey of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated with honors and had been nominated for the clinical excellence award which is given to one student who exemplifies patient centered care and clinical skills.

Dr. Angela has continued her education and has taken extra courses in prenatal/postpartum care, pediatrics, nutrition, fertility, and rehabilitative techniques. She is Certified in the Webster Technique along with Prenatal Care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Angela performs manual adjusting techniques like Diversified, Thompson and Gonstead, as well as a low-force techniques like Activator. She received her Advanced Proficiency for Activator methods in 2021. Dr. Angela is also a Graston Technique Specialist, a unique technique and instruments that help enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation. Ultimately, allowing for faster rehabilitation and greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, elimination pain, and restoring normal function.

Dr. Angela is married to her husband Trai. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, playing volleyball, being outdoors, and soaking up any warm weather. She looks forward to helping you reach your maximum potential and create a legacy of health for you and your family.
